Take a dare from June and see what happens

The Bimbo Burglar by Kris P. Kreme

The Bimbo Burglar by Kris P. Kreme

Only two students remain in June’s special night course, and one of them is thinking the worst of June. But will Faye’s overthinking remain after she is assigned tonight’s manuscript to read?

A twisted tale about sorority hazing gone wrong may change everything.

Andrea and Beth rule over the most elite sorority on campus, and brainy girl Monica just wants to join for the connections being a sorority member offers after graduation.

But Monica may never graduate or be brainy again when she sneaks into an old mansion with a very particular kind of security system, one that may make her into The Bimbo Burglar.

There are only two girls left in June’s night class and one of those two is absolutely freaking out when June walks into the room. She’s positive that June is doing something to the others, that they didn’t just change majors, do so well on their reading assignments they didn’t need to finish, or simply drop the class. To put is bluntly Faye is doing as Faye has a tendency to always do, overthinking everything.

But this might be the one time Faye was thinking exactly how she needed to be thinking, at least until given her own manuscript to read during tonight’s class.

Faye will find herself reading about another college girl, this one facing perhaps one of the oldest problems around, especially in school… peer pressure.

Monica isn’t at all sure about doing what she’d been told she has to do. Andrea and Beth happen to run the most elite sorority at an already fairly elite university, and they believe in a very traditional hazing ritual, one that has been done by every girl in their ranks over many years.

Only this semester, things have changed, each pledge usually sent to break into an old mansion off campus, taking pictures of every room inside the place, then returning with proof they completed their dare. The old mansion was torn down, and so Andrea and Beth found a suitable replacement on the same street, another rundown looking old mansion perfect for the spooky dare they’ve given Monica.

Monica never cared much for sororities until the brainy studious girl discovered that in some universities, the sororities got the connections needed to succeed after college. She’s always done what she had to do to further her success and education, so after a little egging on, the plain looking girl is approaching the old mansion.

After successfully scaling up to a covered porch and finding an old window that opens without needing to be broken, Monica is feeling better about things, getting the camera on her phone ready to snap pictures of each room inside the large place. Once inside though, officially a burglar she thinks, Monica is curiously wondering when she put nail polish on. And as she creeps through the house, she is also catching a reflection realizing she has perfect skin and makeup.

Assuming Andrea and Beth did something while she was blindfolded, part of the sorority hazing, Monica may never realize before it’s too late that this old house may not be abandoned, and it may have a security system like nothing she has ever seen, one that redefines what B&E stands for, one that ensures Monica has a successful future of a very different, simpler, and happier kind.

But what will overthinking Faye think of the twisted story she’s been assigned, and will she ever think much again as she concludes… The Bimbo Burglar?
