Terminal Overload by Kris P. Kreme

In the Triangulum Galaxy, Fleet Admiral Winston Ray has a problem to contend with. But the unusual antimatter anomalies surrounding their ship may be nothing compared to a problem the ship is about to have inside its bulkheads.

With the entire crew leaving on board an excursion capsule to analyze and diagnose their continuing journey safely, Winston Ray’s daughter Danica wants to throw a party for fellow crew member kids while the crew is gone, a Halloween party.

But using the the malfunctioning Intelligence Terminal to directly download everything about Halloween parties centuries ago may end up corrupting everything inside Danica’s, and soon the others’ minds and bodies.

In space… no one can hear you HallowKreme!

Centuries in the future, Fleet Admiral Winston Ray serves as the youngest admiral in an advanced exploration fleet of ships exploring the distant Triangulum Galaxy. His ship the Venture 12 is one of the more advanced, with a tight-knit crew that works well together over many years. But will their kids unintentionally bring all new perversions into their modern universe of science and skill?

Having encountered a rift in space featuring unique antimatter anomalies, Winston Ray has strictly forbidden use of their onboard Intelligence Terminal, the future’s solution to instant knowledge from throughout the vast length of human history. For one reason or another, the Intelligence Terminal which links with implanted chips within every person on board the Venture 12 and directly downloads requested or needed knowledge into their bodies has been acting strangely… and in order to safely navigate this region of the Triangulum galaxy, Winston Ray is ordering a total crew excursion capsule away mission to more closely analyze the surrounding antimatter distortions.

Since the entire crew will be leaving the Venture 12, Winston Ray’s always responsible daughter Danica makes a rather unusual request. It will only be her and four other crew children, though none are children anymore, older teens and twenties. She’d like to have a small party while the rest are gone… a Halloween party.

As she points out, back on earth, a planet none of them even really remember, it is late October, and tradition used to be long ago that they celebrated something called Halloween. Danica wants to help the others unwind and escape the monotony of life in space a bit by throwing the first Halloween party in the Triangulum Galaxy.

Knowing there is no talking Danica out of something, a responsible determination, Winston Ray allows it, with the warning… do not use the Intelligence Terminal. It is still highly unpredictable and could cause permanent brain damage.

But after the fleet admiral and his crew are away on their mission, Danica is convinced she knows just how to responsibly use the Intelligence Terminal to gather the right information for what Halloween parties used to be all about.

As Danica explains, the problems which first happened with an Ensign Nova, happened after fifty-four seconds use of the Intelligence Terminal. If she sets a limit of forty-four seconds access to it, ramping up the download to three-hundred percent, Danica believes she can gain all the intelligence she needs for the party to be perfect and accurate to what Halloween parties were all about centuries ago.

But what will happen when the Intelligence Terminal malfunction persists far greater than she suspected, linking with Danica’s body and overwriting her original personality in the process? What happens when transmission data must be liquified and stored biologically somewhere within her body, all to prevent… Terminal Overload?

Will Danica be throwing one hell of an enjoyable party for her friends? Will her corrupted knowledge spread to the others? Were Halloween parties really all about dressing slutty, acting slutty, and becoming slutty? And will the future ever be the same for the returning crew of the Venture 12?

Find out as HallowKreme journeys into the final frontier, beyond the stars, in another galaxy… for one hell of a big bang.
